Co-founding Partner, graduated from Bolivian Catholic University “San Pablo” campus (La Paz, Bolivia) with a Degree in Law.  She is an expert in the areas of Corporate Governance, business negotiations and corporate and project insurances as well she has an extensive experience in legal support to the project management for the large-scale projects in the Energy sector. In her previous positions as a Legal Manager and Legal Counsel to the General Manager, working for the two most important companies in Bolivia, she has gained specialist knowledge with respect to Due Diligence processes, acquisition of assets, capital increases which is indispensable for the provision of comprehensive support and advice to companies that are developing their business in the Energy sector.
