Graduated with a Degree in Law from San Francisco de Asís University (La Paz, Bolivia) and currently completing Masters on Human Resources and High Management at the University NUR (La Paz, Bolivia). He specialises in provided advice with respect to social and economic development project management and market intermediation.

He has vast experience in public administration dealing with foreign affairs (Chief of Staff and Counsellor to the Ambassador Embassy of the Plurinational State of Bolivia in Japan) and in private sector providing project management support to such important organization as FUNDESNAP (Fundación para el Desarrollo del Sistema Nacional de Áreas Protegidas), CESO-SACO Bolivia (Canadian Executive Service Organization) and to United Nations Development Programme in Bolivia.
